With reference to the design skills, prowess and the "Robert Moore Factor".

 

We met Robert Moore in 1990 when he was introduced to us as a member of the “Designer Log Homes” team. He came to our block at 113 High Street, Sorrento, and proceeded to design and position a wonderful home nicely on our block to allow for sea breeze protected, useful alfresco entertaining areas. Through careful supervision, the house was finished with lots of extra ideas that have made living here for the last 10 years an extremely pleasurable time in our lives.

 

Recently we bought an acreage at Yallingup, and having maintained a friendship with Robert over the years, I contacted him to come up with a concept for the property.

He travelled to the South West to visit the site at 7 am, midday, and sunset, to get the positioning of firstly the studio, then the “Modern Australiana” home perfect for the views/sun/wind conditions. Once again the careful thought put into the floor plan layout, room sizes, furniture placement, entertaining zones, traffic zones, and view outlook, has been truly spot on!

The construction was supervised again to allow me a relaxed comfortable experience.

 

I am very pleased about the time of construction, the finish, and the impressed council official who gave the home high praise when approving final completion. We, and our many visitors, love the new home, and thank Robert Moore for his concept, and making our dream come true.....Robert has remained a trusted friend and has just finalised the renovation for our property on Lake Monger Drive.
